“Jiashan Private Financial Management Service Center”, with the government’s approval and management, is sponsored by Mingda Group and invested by state-owned assets, which is the only private financial marketing operating agency in Jiashan. The center was established in February, 2015. It focuses to broaden the financial channels of entity economy to make the private capital turn to industry capital, make private financing transparent and protect private capital owners’ justified rights.

Service the society: Jiashan is a provincial finance innovative demonstration pilot. The Center makes full use of this advantage, carries the bottom-up financial innovation, explores the new development models of private investment with transparent and market-oriented operation, and builds the private financial management service platform with significant effect and normative order, to optimize the allocation of private financial resources and ease two kinds of difficulties--- raising fund and investment. The center provides a great financial innovation support for Jiashan’s economic prosperity and industry transformation and upgrading.
