Mingda Group is a private enterprise integrating manufacturing, commerce, trade and finance. The Group was established in March 2012, growing from a small shop into the enterprise group it is today. Over more than two decades, we have lived through the golden age of reform and opening up.
The growth of Mingda Group would not have been possible without the support of friends from all walks of life and the united efforts of our team. As the silk trade rose in the 1990s, the company started trading grey fabric, expanding from the Shengze market to Guangzhou and Humen. While the market grew, we began moving from commerce into industry, establishing and growing a number of textile dyeing and finishing enterprises — from dyeing and finishing to home textile products, from traditional textiles to the emerging bio-energy industry.
Development requires innovation. After the Group was founded, we began cooperating with leading domestic private equity teams, moving from ordinary investor to limited partner and then raising our own funds. Working with partners such as Swiss funds and Israeli innovation centers, we have made progress in venture incubation and in bringing foreign high technology into domestic industry.
There is no end to development. We are willing to cooperate with all people of vision and ambition, and to move forward hand in hand with entrepreneurs who dare to dream.
