Under the appeal of innovation, the shift supervisor of the overflow workshop in the printing and dyeing company came up with new ideas about the cooling water. As one of the departments with extremely high energy consumption, the overflow shop wastes hundred tons of cooling water everyday in the past, which not only increases the cost of sewage treatment and increases discharge pressure, but also increases the cost of water. Therefore, the shift supervisor discussed with Zhu Chunhua in the sewage station and Chen Shangjun in the machine maintenance department. Then they proposed to achieve the cooling water recycling through the modification of pipeline, which saved several hundred tons of water everyday. This innovative solution has generated over 500 thousand RMB as the direct economic results. According to the outcomes of the innovation, Minda Group awarded 30 thousand RMB to the innovation team as Wang Xiaojian after Verification.
