To save water resources and protect the ecological environment, Mingda Textile Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. has invested more than ten million RMB yuan in improving the biological waste-water treatment facilities. At the same time, it has invested 2 million RMB yuan in constructing waste-water reuse project. After nearly six months of construction, the waste-water reuse project was formally completed and put into use. Through the use of air flotation, sand filtration and carbon filtration process, the sewage discharged within the emission standard emission will be treated further.
The system testing shows that recycled water color, salt ions and other indicators of the waste-water reuse project of Mingda Textile Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. have reached the standards and can meet the water demand of dyeing process. After the first stage of this waster-water reuse project putting into production, it can save 200 thousand tons of water resources and reduce 20 tons of chemical oxygen demand (COD) emissions. It has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
